Saudico hosts Micros Fidelio customer event in Jeddah |

This unique event was organized to showcase the new solutions and to share information about the Next generation IT solutions and trends in the Hospitality Industry.
The event was successful with the attendance of over 100 of its major customers from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The event was opened with a speech delivered by the General Manger of Saudico Mr. Soufyan Al Kabbani, who welcomed and expressed utmost appreciation for the overall cooperation and business trust the customers are keeping with the company.
Micros-Fidelio was represented by Oliver Menzel the Vice President Services & Business Development Middle East & Africa, who took the opportunity to congratulate and thank the Micros users in Saudi Arabia. Senior Managers' from Key Information Technology in Dubai, the regional distributor for Micros-Fidelio were also present at the event.
Throughout the day the visiting speakers shared the latest development on both property management systems (PMS) and point of sale (POS) technologies and the latest web enabled tools that interact in real time to put more usable information in the hands of owners and operators, and guests alike.
The guests were able to see all the new products like Opera Business Intelligence, OPERA Revenue Management, and Opera Web Proposal for Sales & Catering and of course the Opera version 9 which was put to display at separate area for the event attendees to have a look and feel of the new range of solutions that MICROS-Fidelio and Saudico has to offer today to its Saudi based Hotels and Restaurants.
