Maintenance and Support Services

We undertake third party maintenance contracts for IBM midrange and X series servers and related peripherals. We provide flexible SLAs for our contracts. We have well trained and experienced Engineers to service such contracts.

In addition to maintenance contracts we also offer support services to customers on a per call basis. Such services are offered on site or at our workshop in our Riyadh office.

We provide upgrade services for our customers existing IBM midrange equipment.  We also assist customers in sizing their hardware requirement and planning upgrades to their current system.

We also do depot maintenance for smaller equipment, which the customer can carry into our office.

In addition to IBM equipment we provide maintenance services for the following hardware.

  • Micros point of sale hardware
  • Genicom / Alis printers
