Rifaat M. Sheikh El Ard
President & Founder

Started the Saudico group (Saudi Commercial Promotion and Economic Expansion) in 1972, focusing in the construction sector. In 1983, he founded Saudico Electronic Systems to be the first Third Party Maintenance Company in Saudi Arabia. He oversees the development and growth of SES setting its strategies and goals. Mr. Sheikh El Ard holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Soufyan M. Al-Kabbani
General Manager

Has been in the Information Technology field for the last 25 years. He joined SES in 1993 as Software Solutions Supervisor starting SES activities in the field of solutions. He served various positions within the company and has been the General Manager since 2002 responsible for the overall day to day activities and results of the organization. Before joining SES, he was a team leader at ICSM a system integrator developing business applications at the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces. After completing his studies in the US, he joined Wexico Systems a joint venture between Xenel Industries and Westinghouse Defense as a systems engineer. Soufyan holds a BSc. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University (1985) and a MSc. Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Stanford University (1988).
